OUR HISTORY

It was year 2002, last days of september to be more precise – a small company ZPHU BARTEX Halina Zimoch has been established to start producing furniture fronts. Our semi-finished products have been found among the local furniture manufacturers. Over time, there was more and more interest of our products. We have been manufacturing furniture fronts for more than 10 years.

A major step in the company’s development was after we decided to change our location and buy new machines. Professional equipment and a bigger area ( 950 m2 instead of 350 m2 ) allowed us to expand with new products. We started producing bathroom furniture. At that time there were about 20 person working in the company.

After 3 years, in May 2017 there was a big change in the way the company was transformed into a ltd. Company. We equipped our production halls in new machines and so the employment incresed. All of this had an important influence on our development and the quantity of products we were producing.

Currently we have 90 employees, the area of our production hall is 4500 m2, the warehouse is 4200 m2 and the office and social area is 1300 m2.

Not only the surface and the number of employees changed, but above all, our offer is getting wider and more interesting. Now we can offer not only bathroom furniture but also shelves, tv benches or even wall units. Our speciality is on-line sale and the majority of our costumers are from western Europe.

In 2020 our products have been bought by more than 200 000 customers from all around Europe.

HOW OUR PRODUCTS ARE MADE

1. IDEA

The process of creating our furniture starts in the heads of our customers.
We understand their needs and this is what gives us the power to design new products.

2. PROJECT

The next step is transfering our idea to a prototype and then preparing technical documentation by an experienced development department.

3. Drop testy

Every product has to meet certain packing criteria, so we perform drop tests.
The package has to be delivered to the costumer in an intact condition in every place in Europe.

4. PRODUCTION

Next, the project goes to the manufacturing department where, after it has been checked on the initial series and corrected, serial production begins with the help of skilled staff and modern machines.

5. PACKAGING

The furniture components are assembled and packed. It is also essential to check the quality of furniture before leaving the production.

6. WAREHOUSE

After manufacture and packing, the furniture is directed to the warehouse, where it is shipped to our customers.
